This role is responsible for facilitating dialogue and providing assistance to GOPS Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Program Managers in the areas of initiatives programmatic support and event planning on global level.
Through creating timely, targeted, streamlined and impactful stakeholder, change, and communication assessments and plans of the initiatives under the GOPS strategic project portfolio, this key role enables business success and supports the execution of the GOPS strategy. Through such support of GOPS strategic initiatives as well as event management, this position will drive the image-building for GOPS, and further engage our internal and external business partners and stakeholders in the adidas’ GOPS journey.
This role will also be creating partnerships as well as acting as the primary point of contact with other key functions across adidas (i.e. Corporate Communications, HR Change Management, and Corporate Events Planning teams) in order to amplify and align adidas messaging and engagement activities consistently across GOPS and leverage these teams for additional support and expertise where applicable.
